Throughout the year, the park and surrounding downtown streets also host community events, concerts and festivals.
It creates something homebuyers don’t always find in newer developments: a true community gathering place.

Downtown New Port Richey has continued to develop into a destination for dining and entertainment.
You’ll find locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, pubs and small businesses within the downtown district.
That means a Saturday doesn’t necessarily require getting in the car and driving somewhere else. You can have lunch, explore downtown, walk through Sims Park and stay for dinner or an event.
